How We Grade
Our records are visually graded, play test grading can be requested by the buyer.
Cover (Sleeve) Grading
Sealed: Still sealed
EX (Excellent): Like new
VG+ (Very Good +): May have light corner wear or a sticker.
VG: Rougher corners and seams, may have some light splitting.
VG-: Some splitting or wear.
G+: Rougher overall appearance with heavier splitting.
Vinyl Grading:
EX: Pretty much like a new LP but it isn't sealed.
VG+: Looks relatively flawless, with only superficial signs of use.
VG: May exhibit minor surface marks with some mild surface noise
VG-: May have numerous light scratches or marks that will affect music quality some, but quite readily playable.
G+: Heavier wear, usually from improper storage. This record will definitely have some noise due to its markings, but could be worthwhile buy for sentimental reasons.
I heard Boz Scaggs on the radio when I was younger and always liked it but pretty much ignored it in favour of edgier music that I loved and still love now. I’m slowly coming around to listening to more music on the far edges of my musical universe. It could just be my age but then again it could also be that these albums were always really good and I just missed them. I’m happily catching up now. If you don't have this album I definitely recommend it. The production values are great and the Scaggs sound is unmistakeable.
